Brian Luly is a lifelong conservative Republican who has dedicated his career to serving and protecting the people of Montgomery County. With over a decade in law enforcement and hands-on leadership in county government, Brian is ready to bring his experience, integrity, and conservative values to the office of Justice of the Peace.
As a Deputy Constable for Precinct 1, Brian rose to the rank of Captain, leading the Mental Health and Crisis Intervention Team and working side by side with the County Attorney’s office, law enforcement agencies, and local hospitals. In 2024, he was appointed Special Project Coordinator for the Commissioner of Precinct 1, where he oversaw road bond projects, managed community centers, and ensured taxpayer dollars were spent responsibly.
Brian is rooted in Texas values of faith, family, and freedom. He is committed to upholding the rule of law, protecting constitutional rights, standing with law enforcement, and keeping Montgomery County safe and family friendly.
